Docket No.33 was opened in 2017 by Stuart and Frances with the aim of creating a relaxed restaurant centred on great food and genuine service. Surrounded by Shropshire’s wealth of growers, producers and distillers, the location allows the kitchen to showcase outstanding local ingredients. The restaurant has been recognised by the Michelin Guide with a Plate every year since 2020 and is also featured in the Good Food Guide. In 2021, Stuart represented the Central Region on BBC’s Great British Menu, reaching the final and highlighting North Shropshire’s produce. Docket No.33 combines relaxed hospitality with thoughtful, ingredient-led cooking that reflects both place and passion.
