Set in Birmingham’s historic Chamberlain Square, La Bellezza is a striking restaurant where classical elegance meets theatrical design. Inspired by a romantically wild Italian courtyard, the interior evokes the charm of Perugia, with tumbling ivy, handmade Murano glass chandeliers, and dramatic seven-metre woven curtains creating an immersive setting. The menu centres on classic Italian recipes reimagined with playful twists by Head Chef Mimmo, drawing on traditional techniques and his Nonna’s treasured knowledge. Fresh pasta takes pride of place, including linguine, spaghetti, ravioli, pici, and mafaldine, paired with rich ragùs such as spiced lamb or San Marzano DOP tomato. Neapolitan pizzas complete the offering, ranging from indulgent double truffle to the distinctive Brumsaola, topped with bresaola, stracciatella, and fresh lemon zest.
