The Royal Oak offers Michelin-starred dining on the edge of the Cotswolds, guided by a seasonally led menu rooted in wild food and sustainability. Richard, Solanche and their team work closely with a small network of trusted producers who share their commitment to responsible farming and low-impact practices. Much of the game is sourced from nearby estates, supporting local wildlife management, while vegetables, rare-breed meats and eggs come from regenerative farms close to the pub. This close relationship with the land shapes every dish. Due to the evolving nature of the menu, the restaurant cannot accommodate certain dietary restrictions, including vegan menus or severe allergies. However, vegetarian, pescatarian and gluten-free diets can be catered for with advance notice, ensuring clarity and care for every guest.
