This graduation season, remember the moment at San Carlo, where special memories are made gathered around exceptional Italian food and elegant interiors. At San Carlo, graduation is about bringing friends and family together, raising a glass and marking the occasion properly, with signature warm hospitality.
Launching this summer, San Carlo on Temple Street, Birmingham, is introducing a dedicated Graduation Menu, available from 6th July to 2nd August. Designed for celebratory dining, the menu offers a relaxed yet elevated way to commemorate the occasion.
The Graduation Menu is priced at £35 per person and the set menu begins with bread and olives for the table. Guests can then choose from a choice of antipasti including Arancini, Calamari Fritti, Insalata Tricolore, Costine di Maiale Orientale or Cocktail di Gamberetti, before moving onto signature mains spanning handmade pasta, seafood and meat specialities. Highlights include Mafaldine con Ragu di Manzo (short wavy pasta with slow cooked beef ragú) Branzino San Carlo (Grilled fillet of sea bass served with a gremolata dressing), Suprema di Pollo Principessa and Salmone Prosecco & Gamberetti, or the Ribeye Steak (available for a £7 supplement). Dessert offers a classic San Carlo finish, with guests invited to choose between Tiramisu, Homemade Gelato or Panna Cotta Amarena.
For those looking to start the evening in style, guests can add a glass of Prosecco on arrival for £5 per person, while a bottle of Veuve Clicquot Champagne is also available to all those dining off the graduation menu for only £60, creating a more elevated moment for graduation and group dining alike.
The Graduation Menu reflects San Carlo’s signature approach to hospitality, bringing people together over exceptional Italian food, warm service and memorable moments. Available from the 6th July until 2nd August.
